Fletcher Payne was founded in 2023 by longtime friends and colleagues, Stacey and Lisa. With a combined industry experience of over 30 years, they have achieved significant success through their individual brands, Moneypenny and Primo. United by a common vision of providing exceptional financial advice and an outstanding customer experience, they decided to join forces and Fletcher Payne was created.

Lisa Payne

Senior Mortgage Consultant

Lisa's journey in the Financial Services field began two decades ago in London, where she excelled and became a certified mortgage consultant. She later relocated to West Sussex in 2010 and took on a consultant role at the country's biggest specialist mortgage brokerage. Where she catered for professional contractors and freelancers. Her dedication to her clients was recognised in 2012 when she was awarded the prestigious 'Young Adviser of the Year' by Sesame Bankhall. After a decade of fulfilling work, Lisa decided it was time for a new challenge and successfully established her own mortgage brand, Primo.

Passionate about providing top-notch financial advice, Lisa ensures that her clients have a seamless mortgage journey. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her loved ones and exploring new places around the world, all while sipping on her favourite drink, gin.

Stacey Fletcher

Senior Mortgage & Protection Consultant

Stacey has been active in the mortgage industry since she left school at the age of 16. Her initial role was as a trainee with Independent Financial Advisors, which ignited her passion for the housing market. She quickly advanced to a support position for the mortgage brokers within the firm, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage sector and established a strong foundation for her future as a qualified mortgage advisor.

Subsequently, she joined a contractor mortgage specialist firm, where she worked with the remortgage team as a paraplanner. It soon became evident that Stacey possessed the skills necessary to evolve into a mortgage consultant. Once she qualified, she immediately set to work. After accumulating several years of experience in an advisory role, Stacey decided to take a bold step by founding her own mortgage firm, MoneyPenny Financials. Her business has flourished over the past five years, a testament to her hard work and commitment.

In her leisure time, Stacey enjoys unwinding in the countryside of Chichester, where she lives, spending quality moments with her horses and dogs. This is her way of relaxing after a hectic week in the fast-paced world of the mortgage industry.

Casey Mcguinness

Client Support Manager

Casey’s journey in the Financial Services field began in 2012 when she joined the country’s biggest specialist mortgage brokerage. Initially, she started by keying in mortgage applications on multiple lender platforms. It was during her time as a mortgage processor that she met Lisa and Stacey, and together, they formed a great friendship that continues to this day.

As Casey honed her skills in the industry, she was recognised for her hard work and dedication, leading to her promotion to Team Leader of the Client Engagement Team. This role allowed her to further develop her leadership abilities and foster meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Casey is an animal lover and enjoys the serene life of the countryside. She loves spending her spare time walking her dogs, embracing the beauty of nature, and making the most of her time outdoors. With a friendly demeanor and a passion for her work, Casey continues to thrive in her career while cherishing the simple joys of life.

Whether it's a tough day crunching numbers or dealing with client concerns, Binky knows just how to lift spirits and lighten the mood. Her playful antics and gentle presence remind us all to take a moment to breathe, relax, and enjoy the little things in life. With Binky around, the office is always a more cheerful place!
